Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
• Non-returnable items:
• Hair tools that have been used (for hygienic reasons).
• Final sale or promotional items.
• Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our team at info@taiffnyc.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Ship your item back using a trackable service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@taiffnyc.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders

If you purchased using a financing option (e.g., Shop Pay Installments), refunds will be applied to your payment plan balance. For more details, please refer to your installment provider.
